CME provided construction management and inspection services for the second phase of the project located in downtown areas to improve sanitary sewers mains and laterals, pedestrian improvements, and full width pavement rehabilitation following sewer construction. Project included sewer improvements by open trench and pipe bursting, construction of ADA complian tramps, traffic signal loops, and restoration of decorative sidewalks and crosswalks.

Construction cost was $1.9 million.
