CME staff have expertise in preparing presentations for board meetings, public meetings, trade shows, and conferences.  We employ numerous programs to meet client needs including PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and After Effects.  The presentation to the right was prepared in partnership with BART, CCTA, and other consultants for a Construction Management Association of America Symposium.

CME staff are well versed in communicating construction program and project information to lay and technical audiences. Coupled with our proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, we quickly support urgent communication needs and eliminate the turnaround time of engaging a graphic designer. CME also prepares successful grant and award applications for our clients by engaging our knowledge of their projects and multi-media communication abilities.

CME has a Licensed Unmanned Aerial Systems Remote Pilot who has used the skills to provide a variety of communication materials to the public.  These materials include photos and videos that can be edited internally and transmitted directly to the public.  We offer considerable value by being able to provide drone services while we are completing other tasks such as site visits and weekly meetings.  This eliminates travel time and a separate crew to perform the work.  In addition, quality control can be performed immediately to ensure the client is getting the materials they desire.

CME has the capability and equipment to take and stream professional quality video. We’ve streamed video for our clients on YouTube, Skype, Zoom, and Go to Meeting. We often multitask and provide these services with no equipment costs or additional fees when we are already participants in meetings. Just our standard hourly rate–providing value added services for clients.
