The City of Orinda selected CME to provide construction management services for this storm drain improvements project. Scope of work included replacing a corrugated metal pipe with a new reinforced concrete pipe alignment, rehabilitating a corrugated metal pipe by installing a spiral-wound PVC lining, two new manholes, and creek channel improvements that included rock slope protection.

Construction cost was $1.5 million.
