CME provided construction management and inspection service for the first year of a five-year sanitary sewer improvements program for the Rodeo Sanitary District. The project involves replacement of old clay pipes under streets, sidewalks, and easements in residential areas, by open trench construction and pipe bursting, replacing sewer manholes, and open trench construction of pipelines in new grades and alignments. CME coordinated with Contra Costa County to obtain an encroachment permit for work in unincorporated areas.
Construction cost is $1.3 million.
