CME provided construction management and inspection services for this 2.5 mile pavement rehabilitation project.  Scope of work included base failure repairs, full-depth pavement restoration, half-inch leveling course, and two-inch RHMA surface course. CME coordinated with various utility agencies to adjust manhole and valve covers for grinding and paving. Project is located by res dential areas, major intersections, shopping centers, and schools.

Construction cost was $2.3 million and was federally funded.
